DESCRIPTION:Every roaster started somewhere. This is that somewhere.\nRoast
 ing Foundations is a 4-hour online course for beginners and hobbyists who w
 ant to understand what roasting actually involves before committing time\, 
 money\, or equipment to it. You'll cover the full roast cycle\, learn how h
 eat transforms green coffee\, and start connecting roasting decisions to wh
 at ends up in the cup. Light roast or dark\, fast or slow\, you'll understa
 nd the why behind the choices.\nThe course runs in two parts. The first you
  complete on your own schedule through our online platform. The second is a
  live session over Google Meet\, where we go deeper into the material and y
 ou can ask anything.\nBy the end\, you'll know whether roasting is the dire
 ction you want to go\, and if it is\, you'll have a real foundation to buil
 d on.\nThe course includes the SCA Foundations Roasting exam. Pass it\, ear
 n an internationally recognized certificate and credits toward one of the S
